The Dual AV6400/5000 System from Foam Air Solutions is the industry’s first fully-integrated active ventilation solution designed specifically for confined-space spray foam insulation environments. Built around two high-output 6400 CFM and one 5000 CFM 1600W ventilation units, the system creates a controlled airflow loop that dramatically improves air quality and thermal safety during and after installation.
Both or only one AV6400 unit(s) can be deployed inside the attic, depending on the size and style, to create negative pressure, actively extracting superheated air and odor and exhausting outside the home.
The second AV5000 unit is positioned outside the structure, delivering positive airflow or make-up air, at a slightly less pressure than the unit already operating into the attic via customizable air delivery sleeves.
This push/pull dynamic circulates clean air efficiently and exhausts attic heat and spry foam odor —bringing attic temperatures down to ambient outdoor levels (tested up to 180°F), making the work environment safer.
